winner of the 22th rome independent film festival

WINNER OF THE 22 TH ROME INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL! I still can’t believe it: my artificial intelligence short film ‘Transformation’ is the winner for ‘Best International Short’ at the renowned 22rd Rome Independent Film Festival. 14 international shorts from all over the world were nominated among ‘Hatch‘, ‘Na Marei‘, ‘Fat d’Amour‘, ‘Restraining Order‘, ‘Les filles et les garçons de mon âge‘, ‘Mìnvant‘, ‘The heart of Texas‘, ‘Lara‘ or ‘Leftover Rost‘. This is the 5th award for ‘Transformation’. I had seen all the short films at the festival and thought I had no chance at all. I would like to thank festival president Fabrizio Ferrari, Krystyna Biernawska and Milena Vukcevic (programming) and the jury, consists of 11 persons from the film industry among Pietro Silva (director), Antonia Mattarese (journalist), Miriam Mauti (Rai), Sonia Cilia (producer), Nicola Sganga (cinematographe), Francesco Grisi (vfx), Sophie Chiarello (director) or Carolina Iorio (cinematographe). It is a great honor to have won the most prestigous and famous independent award in Italy with my unconventional film, thank you very much!
