FIRST INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL AWARD!!! It’s such a great honour to announce that I‘m the winner of the IPF | FIP Honorary Film Merit Award 2024 with my film ’Transformation’ at the 2024 INTERNATIONAL PEACE FESTIVAL in Toronto (Canada). The Honorary Award is the first film award of ’Transformation’ awarded by the IPF for a film of exceptional creative value. The prestigious and unique festival will take place from 21 to 28 September 2024. There are 13 winning films which will be awarded with the IPF crystal trophy at the Awards Ceremony & Peace Ambassadors Gala on 28 September.

This year’s other special merit awards in the arts include Oprah Winfrey, Spike Lee, Susan Gosewitz, Tom Wilson, and Krzystof Wodiczko. Tribute awards for leadership are also being conferred on His Highness Prince Aga Khan IV and Lt. General The Hon Romeo Dallaire. I would like to thank the festival President Alvin Curling, Executive Vice-Presidents Angelique Codina, Dragi Zekavica, Josep Perez and the prestigious jury who sent my film into the international competition.
